Refund Policy

All sales are final

All subscription purchases are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued — except where required by applicable law, as described below.

01. NO REFUNDS — GENERAL POLICY

We do not offer refunds for any subscription plan — Starter, Pro, or Enterprise — whether monthly or annual. This applies to all situations including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or unused subscription time
  • Partial use of API calls, RPC endpoints, or other metered features
  • Accidental purchase or plan upgrade
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date
  • Incompatibility with third-party tools or chains not listed in our documentation

02. EU & UK CONSUMERS — YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have statutory rights that apply regardless of this policy.

14-day cooling-off right

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and equivalent UK law, you have the right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason.

However, by proceeding with your purchase and accessing our platform immediately, you expressly consent to the service beginning before the 14-day period has expired. In doing so, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once you have started using the service.

If you have not accessed or used the service at all within the 14-day window, you may request a full refund by contacting us within that period.

To exercise your right of withdrawal (where applicable), contact us at billing@yourdevtool.io within 14 days of your purchase date, clearly stating your intention to withdraw and your account details.

03. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing period, except as provided under section 02.

Access to your plan's features continues until the end of the paid billing period.

04. ANNUAL PLANS

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront in full. No prorated refunds are issued for early cancellation. Your access remains active through the end of the annual period regardless of cancellation date.

EU/UK consumers who have not accessed the service retain the 14-day withdrawal right described in section 02.

05. BILLING ERRORS

If you believe you were charged in error due to a technical fault on our end (e.g. a duplicate charge by our billing system), contact us within 14 days. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a correction. This is the sole exception to this policy for non-EU/UK users and applies only to verified system errors.

06. TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

We strongly encourage you to evaluate our tools on the free tier before upgrading. Our documentation, sandbox environment, and support team are available to help you assess fit before committing to a paid plan.
